KR Simpas, is a Dutch singer, songwriter, music producer and choreographer from the Philippines, on a journey of faith and music.
Kherwin Torrente Simpas came from the Philippines, he was born on May 5th. After the age of 13, moved to the Netherlands gratefully raised and mentored by a loving mother. His father was one of the idols who inspired him to become a musician and play an instrument and then his musical life began.

I felt awesome at times, apparently, there were people who enjoy the way I play. And so my "Journey with music" starts. So much to say, So I started listening to different genres.
Then lyrical perspectives became a thing I was interested in. In the enjoyment of then-contemporary heights, I developed a style called "freefall writing" which I did not know that Dorothea Brande, the first to be recognized who developed the style of this particular writing method.
Though it derives from her conduct, I embodied a more loose end and slow tempo.
Right now I'm still learning to move forward even a little bit. So I am amusing myself to see my growth manifested through my love for music.
I have known Kherwin for many years. We worked together on his single I Do Do Love You, and I can say that he is truly an entity that shapes himself, always beyond his limits and abilities, he loves all hearing healing music, and he is always happy to play his favorite songs on guitar. Really cool awesome guy to hear and see live!
